Ghost Appears in Florida Backyard

This photo was sent to us by James. He writes:

This picture was taken on 11/01/08 around 9:00pm to midnight in Haines City, Florida. The photo was shot in my nephew Ben’s backyard. We had a fire and Ben said that part of the yard always gave him the creeps so I took a picture and caught this.
