Jamaican Boy Haunted by Poltergeist

Could this 11 year old Jamaican boy be the victim of a poltergeist? Local residents seem to think so. The boy can be seen minding his own business when he suddenly gets yanked like a rag doll. The boy claims the spirit is a friend who died 4 years ago, and now appears to him in a white shirt, black pants and a black watch. Could this be the ghostly spirit of the boy’s deceased friend? And if so, are its actions playful or something far more malevolent?
