Mentos, Soda and Spiritual Activity

The “Mentos Challenge” solicits the participant to drink an entire bottle of soda while maintaining minimal spillage from the subsequent geyser eruption. A guy attempting the challenge falls short, but his camera man friend may have captured something far more interesting. A noise from the kitchen causes the camera man to take notice, but that was noting compared to the door that swung open on its own. Shortly afterwards, an undisturbed ironing board crashes to the ground, causing the guys to freak out. What is the nature of this unprovoked household disturbance? Does the destructive nature of the spirit indicate hostility?
