Stationary UFO Hovers In Cloud Cover

Tijuana is Mexico’s westernmost city and a popular tourist destination for Southern Californians. But new video footage suggests Tijuana may have recently played host to aliens of a far different type.

A camera wielding citizen with his eyes to the sky captures a dark, metallic object taking refuge in the cloud cover. The craft seems heavy and substantial despite its partial visibility. The menacing object hovers perfectly still for quite a while before dissipating into the surrounding atmosphere.

The stationary and concealed nature of this UFO suggests a possible attempt by the aircraft to avoid detection. Where did this unknown object originate from, and why does it appear to covertly observe the happenings of the town beneath it?
